Your information, explained plainly

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Moms In The Market collects, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices you have.

Effective September 8, 2026

The short version

We use your information to operate the community, deliver the resources you ask for, and—when you request housing help—connect the home search, financing education, and negotiation support into one guided experience. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank credentials, credit reports, or loan documents in our initial home-list form.

You choose whether to receive marketing. You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to recurring texts, or contact us to withdraw permission.

1. Scope and the teams involved

This policy applies to Moms In The Market ("MITM") websites, apps, community features, events, public forms, newsletters, and communications that link to it.

MITM is the platform and community experience. When you ask for real estate or mortgage help, information may also be provided to the separately operated, licensed professionals identified at the point of collection:

  • Guerrero Team LLC for real estate services.
  • Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation for mortgage information or services.

Those providers may give you their own notices, disclosures, applications, and agreements. Their notices govern information they receive for their licensed or regulated services. This policy does not replace a lender's financial privacy notice, a mortgage application, or the consent language shown beside a form.

2. Information we collect

Account, profile, and contact information

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, general location, profile photo, login or account identifiers, interests, preferences, professional or business information, membership details, and accessibility or display preferences.

Community, family, and support information

Depending on what you use, we may receive posts, comments, reviews, photos, event registrations, group activity, messages, referrals, check-ins, goals, and support requests.

An authorized adult may provide household or child-related details needed for a family feature, such as a name or nickname, birth date or age, photos, developmental stage, interests, activities, schedule, education or care needs, party or booking details, foster-care status or story, and guardian contact information.

Support and wellness features may receive sensitive details you choose to share about mental-health or recovery support, grief, divorce, caregiving, job loss, safety concerns, crisis circumstances, urgency, a safe contact method or time, and general location. Authorized team members and service providers may use this information to deliver or coordinate the support you request, operate safety processes, and maintain the service. MITM is not a medical provider, and these features are not emergency or medical services.

Community content may be visible to other people based on the feature and settings you choose. Please do not post passwords, government identification, full medical records, financial account details, or a child's precise live location.

Housing and financing interests

If you request a home list or housing guidance, we may collect your contact details, preferred locations and neighborhoods, property preferences, budget or comfortable payment range, buying timeline, current housing situation, available down-payment range, self-reported estimated credit-score range, interest in credit support or assistance programs, questions, appointments, and communication history.

The initial form is not a loan application.

Do not submit a Social Security number, bank or routing number, online banking credentials, full credit report, tax return, pay stub, government ID, or loan document through the MITM home-list form, ordinary email, or text. If you choose to apply, a licensed mortgage professional will direct you to an approved secure process.

Communications and consent records

We may keep emails, texts, call notes, voicemail, appointments, customer-service requests, communication preferences, and opt-out requests. When you give consent on a form, we may also record the language and version shown, the affirmative checkbox, date and time, page or source, contact details, other available audit information, and later revocations.

Connected accounts and services

If you connect a supported social-media account, or use a feature that works with another connected service, we may receive the information and permissions authorized for that connection, such as an account identifier, profile information, permitted content, calendars, files, messages, or pages. We do not receive the password used with that service.

Device, usage, and transaction information

We and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, session identifiers, feature interactions, cookie or local-storage identifiers, crash reports, and security logs.

If you make a purchase, the payment provider processes full payment credentials. MITM may receive limited details such as billing contact information, amount, date, status, and transaction identifier.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Create, secure, and manage accounts and profiles.
  • Operate community, marketplace, event, messaging, and support features.
  • Deliver requested lists, alerts, resources, reminders, and appointments.
  • Understand a requested home search and discuss possible financing paths, assistance programs, rate-buydown options, and negotiation strategies.
  • Coordinate the licensed real estate or mortgage support you request.
  • Send communications consistent with your selections and consent.
  • Maintain consent, unsubscribe, suppression, and do-not-contact records.
  • Moderate content, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, and protect safety.
  • Diagnose problems, improve services, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Meet legal, licensing, accounting, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.

A self-reported credit or payment range may help identify education or possible programs to discuss. MITM does not make a mortgage credit decision or promise loan approval through the initial form.

4. AI-assisted features

When you use MILA or another AI-assisted feature, prompts, responses, feedback, and relevant account context may be processed to answer questions, organize information, or personalize suggestions. Enabled features may remember preferences so you do not have to repeat them.

Depending on the feature, AI may analyze recent conversation history, housing and self-reported financial ranges, support context, or account activity to summarize needs, draft replies, suggest educational next steps, create readiness or credit-support insights, or infer broad support signals. These are support tools, not eligibility or approval decisions.

Do not enter highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. MITM does not use AI to approve or deny a loan, provide a medical diagnosis, or replace advice from a licensed mortgage, real estate, legal, medical, or financial professional.

5. How we share information

We may share information as reasonably needed:

  • With other members or the public when you use a feature that publishes or shares profiles, posts, reviews, messages, events, or business information.
  • With operating providers that support hosting, Base44/Wix infrastructure, authentication, cloud storage, communications, GHL customer relationship management and lead workflows, payments, connected accounts, analytics, AI features, fraud prevention, and security.
  • With licensed providers, including Guerrero Team LLC and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, when you request or authorize the related real estate or mortgage support.
  • With a provider or partner you select when you ask for a referral, introduction, appointment, quote, event, or service.
  • For legal, safety, or business reasons when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect people or rights, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business reorganization or transfer subject to applicable law.

Fairway handles mortgage information under its own privacy policy.

MITM does not sell personal information for money. We do not use private care messages, private journal entries, or protected housing details for sponsor targeting. If an optional aggregate sponsor-reporting feature is offered, it is limited to non-sensitive, aggregated information and is used only when you opt in.

6. Email, calls, and text messages

Where required, we ask before sending marketing calls or recurring marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of joining Moms in the Market, buying property, obtaining a loan, or purchasing goods or services.

Our public join form provides separate optional choices for non-marketing text messages and marketing text messages. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
  • Reply STOP to end recurring marketing texts.
  • Reply HELP for text-message assistance.
  • Contact us through any reasonable method to withdraw permission for marketing calls or texts.

We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honor your choice. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account, transaction, safety, or individually requested service messages where permitted.

7. Analytics and privacy choices

MITM may offer separate, optional controls for member behavior analytics, care-team personalization, deidentified research, or aggregate sponsor reporting. Where those controls are shown, they are off unless you choose to enable them, and you can change them later. Sensitive-data commercial use is not enabled.

Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technology may support sign-in, security, preferences, core functions, diagnostics, analytics, and campaign measurement. You can manage browser settings and any preference control we provide, although blocking essential storage may affect the service.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain an account or requested relationship, honor communication choices, protect users, resolve disputes, and meet legal, licensing, tax, audit, or regulatory obligations.

Retention varies by record. Consent and suppression records may be kept to document permission and prevent unwanted contact. Licensed providers may have separate retention duties. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups until normal rotation, and deidentified aggregate information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

9. Security

We take administrative, technical, and organizational steps designed to protect the information we handle. No website, app, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your login credentials and contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; limit or object to certain processing; or appeal a privacy request decision.

You can also edit available profile settings, delete certain content, disconnect supported linked accounts, change optional intelligence choices, and opt out of marketing. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

To start a request, visit our Privacy Requests & Data Deletion page or email hello@momsinthemarket.com. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, IDs, or loan documents by ordinary email.

11. Children

MITM is designed for adults, parents, guardians, and caregivers; it is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit information directly. An authorized adult may provide information about a child when needed for a family feature; that does not create an account for the child.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information directly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. External services

MITM may link to listings, social platforms, event pages, government resources, providers, or other external services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. We will post the revised policy and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required.
